DaRmaZat Grasshopper Manufacture has unveiled a fresh gameplay trailer for its upcoming science-fiction action title Romeo Is a Dead Man. Dubbed the “Extremely Bloody Action Buffet,” the trailer delivers a minute of over-the-top, violent combat and high-energy spectacle. The game will launch in 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. A release date has not yet been announced
The game follows Romeo Stargazer, a man resurrected by experimental technology and recruited by the FBI’s Space-Time Police. Armed with a mask called Deadgear, Romeo hunts criminals exploiting the collapse of space-time while searching for his missing girlfriend Juliet. His journey spans cosmic frontiers and intertwines personal tragedy with universe-shaping events.
Romeo Is a Dead Man‘s combat is a blend of gunplay and swordfighting, where players chain fast-paced attacks and absorb blood from fallen foes to trigger Bloody Summer, a devastating special move. Weapons evolve throughout the campaign, with customization options and upgrades enabling players to tackle increasingly brutal challenges.
