Publisher Xbox Game Studios and developers Team NINJA and PlatinumGames have released a new trailer for action game NINJA Gaiden 4 introducing its difficulty design. The game will launch on October 21 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. It will also be available via Game Pass.

The trailer showcases how NINJA Gaiden 4 preserves the series’ punishing combat while adding new systems to broaden accessibility. Enemy placement and AI scale dynamically with difficulty, ensuring veterans face relentless aggression, while a new Hero Mode and adjustable assists give newcomers a way into its fast-paced battles.
For the first time in the series, a standalone training mode is included, allowing players to refine their techniques before stepping into the full campaign.
