Survival Horror Game I Hate This Place Launches November 7 for Consoles and PC
DaRmaZat Open-world survival horror game I Hate This Place will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on November 7, publisher Skybound Games and developer Broken Mirror Games announced.
Based on Skybound’s Eisner Award-nominated comic series created by writer Kyle Starks and artist Artyom Topilin, the game follows Elena, who is forced to fight for her life after she and a friend summon a malevolent presence. Survival requires scavenging, crafting, and cautious exploration across haunted forests, abandoned towns, and infested bunkers, all while avoiding creatures that stalk by sound.
A dynamic day and night cycle changes the rhythm of play, with daylight offering time to prepare and nightfall unleashing deadlier threats. Styled with bold colors and infused with an ‘80s comic book flair, the adaptation blends atmospheric dread with dark humor and stylized gore.
