Syberia Remastered will release on November 6 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, followed by a Quest 3 version on November 13, publisher Microids and developers Virtuallyz Gaming and Microids Studio Paris announced. A comparison trailer highlighting the visual overhaul was also released.

Standard physical editions are planned for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in both North America and Europe. Additionally, a limited physical edition including the game and The Mediabook art book will be offered in the United Kingdom.
Originally released in 2002, Syberia quickly became a landmark in the adventure genre, praised for its atmosphere and the artistic vision of creator Benoît Sokal. The upcoming remaster rebuilds the entire game with redesigned visuals, updated gameplay, and fully modernized controls, while keeping its signature contemplative storytelling intact.
The story follows Kate Walker, a New York lawyer sent to the French Alps to finalize the sale of an automaton factory. Her seemingly routine assignment transforms into a remarkable journey across Europe, guided by her eccentric automaton companion Oscar, as she uncovers the work of Hans Voralberg, an inventor chasing the dream of finding the last living mammoths on the mythical island of Syberia.
Microids notes that the remaster retains the narrative depth of the original while offering a reimagined presentation that introduces its classic world to both new and returning players.
