Never Alone 2 Shows Off First Gameplay Footage in New Trailer at MIX Fall Showcase
Simone Never Alone 2, the long-awaited action-adventure sequel from developer and publisher E-Line Media, debuted its first gameplay trailer during the MIX Fall Showcase, complete with a special video introduction by industry veteran Tim Schafer.
Crafted in collaboration with Alaska Native writers and elders through the Inclusive Development process, the narrative follows Iñupiaq girl Nuna and her spirit companion, Fox, as they journey through the Alaskan wilderness to uncover a mysterious threat facing their community. The brand-new trailer shows Nuna and Fox traversing the frozen tundra and ice floes, while also offering a glimpse of the game’s physics-based environmental puzzles.
Never Alone 2 will feature online co-op alongside local split-screen play. The game is currently in development for PC via Steam, with a release date yet to be announced.
