The dark fantasy turn-based RPG Spark Ignites has launched a brand-new limited-time demo on PC via Steam, giving players their first hands-on look at the morally charged pilgrimage at the heart of the game. Developed by Hong Kong–based indie studio Ignicorvus Studios, the demo offers an early taste of its narrative-driven combat, companion-focused storytelling, and richly animated 2.5D pixel art presentation.

Set in a war-torn kingdom ruled by divine law and ancient myths, Spark Ignites follows a group of companions bound together by a sacred ritual said to grant a single miracle once every hundred years. What begins as a pilgrimage in search of salvation quickly unravels into a bloody conspiracy, forcing players to confront the true cost of faith, power, and obedience. Throughout the demo, players make critical choices that shape character relationships and steer the story toward diverging outcomes.
Spark Ignites‘ gameplay centers on tactical, turn-based combat designed to emphasize positioning, synergy between party members, and long-term consequences. Companions grow not only through battles, but also through narrative decisions, with morality and belief systems playing a central role in how the journey unfolds. As the truth behind the so-called divine blessing comes into focus, players must decide whether to seize godlike power for themselves or expose the lie and challenge the gods directly.
Previously revealed as a PC title set to launch exclusively on Steam, Spark Ignites has no confirmed release date yet. This limited-time demo marks the first opportunity for players to experience its blend of cinematic pixel visuals, Western fantasy themes, and choice-driven RPG design ahead of its eventual launch.
